The Ramen Shop Behind the Station

Last month a coworker told me about it, so I tried a small ramen shop behind the station. The exterior was old, and honestly I hadn't expected much, but I was surprised the moment I took a sip of the broth. Rather than rich and heavy, it was actually light and clean, the kind of flavor you never get tired of even by the last bite. In addition to the noodles' pleasantly chewy texture, the chāshū pork was also cooked tender. Even though the interior was cramped, I could feel the owner's care and attention, and it became a place I want to visit again.
